Excision is a boyfriend to his long-time girlfriend Emma Livorno, and she travels with him to festivals and tours most of the time. The first single, Threatening Black, from Virus, was released in 2016, containing tracks like The Paradox, Final Boss, and Throwin’ Elbows, and collaborations with artists like Protohype, Space Laces, and Dion Timmer. He also inaugurated a novel tour and production concept, Paradox, which had the world’s largest concert sound system—a 150,000-watt system—and a 1,600-square-meter LED screen with exclusive visuals.
In 2017, he organized his music festival, Lost Lands, which was held at Legend Valley, Ohio and it featured dubstep and bass music artists. Over 100,000 watts of bass was playing and the artists include the likes of Zeds Dead, Rezz, 12th Planet, and Barely Alive. The event was a great success, drawing more than 25,000 people in total. Last year he received the Best Dubstep DJ Award at the International Dance Music Awards, where he outcompeted such factors as Skrillex, Zomboy, and Borgore. Also, Brodinski dropped an LP with Woolie, it was called Evolution and its tracks were, among others, Oxygen, Lockdown, and Evolution.
